Villa Dubrovnik Sun consists of three levels with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and one additional toilet and is suitable to accommodate 8 persons.

Ground floor of Villa Dubrovnik has a large terrace with infinity swimming pool, two double bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Both rooms have access to terrace with lounge furniture and wonderful panoramic view.

First floor of Villa Dubrovnik Sun has another two modern designed bedrooms with private bathrooms. Every room has a terrace with outdoor furniture and sea view.

Second floor of Villa Dubrovnik Sun consists of a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony with lounge area. As on all of the floors, here you can also enjoy extraordinary panoramic view over the sea and nearby islands.

Estates entrance is an extensive, cultivated garden area with Mediterranean vegetation with a leading walk path to the house.

Villa Dubrovnik Sun has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay such as satellite TV, DVD, CD player, air condition system, laundry with drying facilities.
Also kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machines and dishwasher.
Villa has parking spaces within the property.

Distance from the sea is 1 km, from the sandy beach "Vrtovi sunca"also 1 km (5 min drive) and distance to the centre of the settlement Orasac is 50m.
