Villa Dubrovnik is a unique, luxury accommodation located just 300 meters from old town Dubrovnik and just 25 meters from the sea. Villa Dubrovnik is a stone house, constructed in the spirit of Dalmatia and recognizable style of typical Dubrovnik’s palaces.
Villa Dubrovnik consists of two residential buildings or should we say two houses, connected with shared courtyard and two beautiful terraces. It has 7 bedrooms with number of beds 13+3, 5 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and is suitable accommodation for 16 persons. One of the houses can be used as a guests house or accommodation for staff.
The main house of Vila Dubrovnik consists of three floors, ground, first and second floor.
On the ground floor of Villa Dubrovnik there is a completely equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace and terrace, dinning area and recreational space – gym. Ground and first floor are connected with unique spiral staircase.

On the fist floor you will find two double bedrooms with their private bathrooms of which one has its own terrace.

On the second floor of the main object there are two double bedrooms and one sharing bathroom.
The other part of Villa Dubrovnik - the guest’s house consists of two identical duplex apartments. One apartment has kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Other apartment is the same with exception of having one single bedroom more.

Villa Dubrovnik is situated on a magnificent property that boasts with Mediterranean vegetation. We should specially mention the remarkable view from the Villa overlooking the old town Dubrovnik and the surrounding islands. Also Upper terrace has a spacious swimming pool equipped with sunbathing deck chairs. Right by the pool there is a summer gazebo with dinning table. Within the terrace area there is another open summer kitchen and outdoor grill.
Villa Dubrovnik is completely air conditioned and has all equipment desirable for a pleasant stay, such as SAT LCD TV, DVD, Hi-Fi and wireless internet access.
Vila also has professionally equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dish washer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There are also washing and drying machines, iron and iron board. Baby cot and feeder are available upon request. Villa has parking space reserved for her guests
